"My Genetics And Lack Of Oral Care Led Me To Pain And Removing My Teeth"
What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants offer a permanent solution for anyone with missing, decaying, or failing teeth. Dental implants consist of a biocompatible titanium implant post, an abutment that attaches to the implant, and a visible restoration, which can be a crown, bridge, or full arch of teeth. The implant post is inserted into your jawbone freehand or using advanced computer guidance. Once the post fuses with your underlying bone, it assumes the role of your missing natural tooth.
They are extremely durable and are built to last upwards of 25 years. That means you’ll be able to eat, speak, and smile with comfort and confidence again. Most importantly, implants stay securely in place while you eat tough, chewy, or fibrous foods. They won’t shift or rub and do not cause gum or mouth irritation like other restorative solutions. Our expertise ensures that your affordable dental implants in Glendive, MT, will provide long-lasting results, and if cared for properly, they can last a lifetime!

Our Versatile Tooth Replacement Solutions
Single Implants
An individual dental implant is the ideal way to replace a single missing tooth. Unlike a traditional dental bridge, a dental implant does not require working on otherwise healthy natural teeth. That makes it a conservative approach that will protect your overall oral health and prevent further damage from excessive strain or shifting teeth due to an incomplete smile.

Dental Bridges
A dental bridge is a single restoration crafted to look like several teeth. We can anchor a dental bridge onto one dental implant at each end. This provides an efficient and minimally invasive replacement for multiple teeth at once without needing a separate implant post for each lost tooth.
Snap-In Dentures
Snap-in dentures are removable dentures that securely attach to dental implants, providing a stable and comfortable fit. They use special attachments that “snap” onto the implants, preventing slipping or movement while eating or speaking.
This type of denture offers a more natural feel compared to traditional dentures and can be easily removed for cleaning. Snap-in dentures are an excellent option for patients seeking a reliable and cost-effective alternative to permanent dental implants.

All-on-4® Full Arch Dental Implants
The All-on-4 implant protocol is revolutionary for individuals with significant tooth loss or those requiring full arch restoration. This technique involves strategically placing four dental implants in the jawbone, allowing for immediate attachment of a complete arch of prosthetic teeth on the same day.
The front implants are positioned vertically, while the back implants are angled to maximize bone support, reducing the need for bone grafting in many cases. This efficient approach provides a stable and functional smile, enhances patient comfort, and reduces overall treatment time.
Am I A Candidate for Implants?
What to Expect During the Dental Implant Process
Rebuilding your smile with dental implants is a process that takes place over several appointments. We start with a personalized consultation to understand how your oral health issues affect your daily life and your goals for your renewed smile.
We will perform a detailed examination and collect detailed diagnostic images to determine if you’re a good candidate for dental implants. From there, we’ll build your customized treatment plan.
For the implant to remain sturdy, you must have enough healthy bone to support your implant posts. If necessary, we can provide bone grafts to provide additional support. We can often place bone grafts or implant posts in the same appointment as any necessary tooth extractions.
We will administer IV sedation, make small incisions into your gums, and place the implants into your jawbone at strategic angles. Once your implants are placed, we will attach an abutment connector and place your temporary prosthesis on top. With this set of temporary teeth, you can immediately enjoy the benefits of your new smile!
The healing period allows the implant to fuse to the jawbone through osseointegration. This allows the implant to function like a natural tooth root in the mouth.
We may recommend coming in periodically to allow us to check on your implants and make sure they are healing well. This also allows us to address any concerns you may have during your recovery process.
Once the healing process is complete, you will return to our office to receive your final set of teeth! These teeth are custom-crafted down to the very last detail to ensure they match your skin tone, face shape, and mouth shape.
